History
Addolorata inherited Camera dell'ospite del D'AmatoD'Amato's Guest House from her grandparents, whom had raised her, whilst she was studying culinary arts in Rome. Feeling unfulfilled, she left her course to return and run it, which she continued until the birth of their second child. After her fourth child had progressed to school, Addolorata started up a cooking school in the family home, eventually returning it to a guest house as her children grew up.

An Austrian living on the Italian island of Venice, Stefan Müller is an experienced Deveraux Handler and former Field Agent. He has had a long and prosperous marriage to Addolorata, an Italian matriarch who owns and operates Camera dell'ospite del D'AmatoD'Amato's Guest House out of which Stefan operates. Stefan and Addolorata have three children of their own, and a long-term foster child.
Operating under the cover of a librarian in Saint-Gilles, Anya is Myra Cardona's Field Handler.
