Jason Wells

Jase stands at 5'9'', which is annoyingly short in his opinion. He has the lean body of a very active person and the scars to prove it. His blond hair and blue eyes earned him the nickname Kodak among his friends. In truth, he is good-looking and his scars provide hours of stories, only being exaggerated slightly.

Despite his good looks, girls are often scared off by his odd, sometimes downright crazy antics. His mother is the only person or thing in the world that truly scares Jase. As much as he'll attempt to deny it, he's really a softie a heart. Jase is a jokester, only being serious when absolutely necessary.

Jase was born into a boring middle class Californian family. His dad is a lawyer for a rather large law firm and his mother works for Congressman William Drew.

Jase played many sports as a child, soccer being his favorite. He was really good and developed a respect for the game, but he would find his passion elsewhere. Jase's grandfather took him skydiving when he was seven. From that moment he was in love with the sensation of free-falling. Jase took up BASE jumping when he was eleven. His ability to lie came into use often while BASE jumping; explaining away his and his friends' trespassing. He was 'almost-famous' for jumping off of things, which made him laugh. Not many people recognized him, to his dismay and to his relief.

William Drew announced his plans to run for senator when Jase was thirteen. Jase stood in the back with his mother; she'd always told him the important people stand in the back and let the people who think they're important take all the bullets for them. Jase had never thought he was important; it was a simple fact in his opinion. So it went quite well with his mother's saying when he jumped in front of a bullet aimed at William Drew. Although not severely injured, he was declared a hero by news outlets with nothing else to report. Deveraux took notice of this and offered him a scholarship - much to the delight of his father, who never really approved of his son's hobbies, thinking he'd make a better doctor or lawyer.
