Joan Calfuray

Joan briefly dated Peter Hannibal before they broke up on Peter's birthday.

Already above average height at five feet and eight inches, Joan usually wears heels anyway, making her a couple of inches taller. Joan is very curvy, and enjoys wearing clothes that show off her figure. She has large, gold-brown eyes, a small nose, and unremarkable lips. Her hair is naturally doe brown, but she dies it to a rich auburn color. Joan likes makeup and applies it everyday, tastefully, of course. Her nails, although not painted, are always filed smooth and round, and kept a nice length.

Joan loves her job. She's cop through and though, and a very good one at that. She hopes to make her way up the ranks of the Boston Police Department, eventually. For now, she just wants to get out of the boring Traffic division and into somewhere she can actually help people - AntiCrime is her requested transfer. Joan is very personable, and loves being around people. She has a short temper, yes, and hates incompetence of any kind, but, despite this, can be very sweet and kind. Just don't get on her bad side. Once Joan has put someone in her bad book, it's near impossible to get out. She keeps everything else in her life just as neat and taken-care-of as her appearance; her desk is always organized, her home always clean, and her relationships never muddled.

Joan was born into an upper-middle class Boston family, the oldest child with one younger sister. Her father was a police officer, and so Joan quickly decided to become one herself. After graduating High School, Joan enrolled in the Police Academy, from which she graduated with flying colors. She's done her years as a beat cop, and is currently working the stint in Traffic Control that newly promoted Detectives who aren't partnered with someone in another division are always put in. She's deeply hoping her request for transfer to AntiCrime goes through.
