History: Little is known of Regent's early history. What is known picks up at his college years. Regent attended Princeton University where he studied Philosophy and Politics. At Princeton, Regent was well known for his idealistic, almost anarchistic, political views and speeches. He was strongly affiliated in his final college years with eminent socio-philosopher MELISSA MARCHBANKS. After graduating with the highest of honours, Regent returned to his home town of Boston, Massachusetts, joined by his long-term girlfriend ELIZABETH SMITH.

Notes: Regent has been on the IGC's Watch List since his early college days. He was first added as a Low Priority when links were uncovered, tying him and a known dissident together. The dissident went on to found a group which Regent was not a part of, but due to his continued speaking out about his ideals, he has not been removed; it is believed that at some time in the future (though not necessarily the imminent future) Regent may transform his words into actions.

Regent is believed to have recently founded a new criminal organisation, The Delegates of Themis, concerned with a disruption of authority. Their ultimate goal is believed to be the overthrow of the Government of the United States of America. The headquarters of Themis are unknown, though they are believed to be based within Boston, where much of the group's work currently takes place.

Elizabeth Smith is known to be Regent's long-term partner. The pair are believed to have dated since college. Melissa Marchbanks is known to have mentored Regent some time around his days at Princeton. (UPDATE: Marchbanks was recently found murdered.) Kitaldo Iuscos is understood to be one of Regent's many financiers, though the link has not yet been proven.
