Lilith Rodriquez

At 5'6'', Lilith is an average height, and it ticks her off. She grew early, so she’d hoped to be tall, but she hasn’t grown an inch since she was 13. She often wears three-inch heels to get a bit of extra stature. Her body is lean, but not tall enough to be lanky, with very slight curves. Her skin is a dusky copper brown from her Mexican father. Lilith's eyes, however, are a bright, shining silver; a striking contrast to her brown skin and near-black hair. The espresso strands fall to her lower back, and are usually streaked with random colors. She typically has her hair pulled back in a single braid for physical activity and wears in down normally.

Lilith almost always wears jeans and t-shirts that never fit quite right, they’re either too baggy or skintight, and is very fond of purple and orange shirts. A watch is always present on her wrist. She will often wear bracelets, anklets, and rings, but she doesn't care for necklaces much. She has a small, inch long scar over her left eyebrow and curved ones around her wrists.

Lilith feels things deeply and quickly. Things never just slightly irritate her, they piss her off, and she doesn't find things amusing, she finds them hilarious. Her moods can change quickly. She has been known to abruptly stop laughing at a joke and curse someone out. Coupled with her depressive tendencies, Deveraux has placed her on Pysch. Observation, for fears that she may have an emotional disorder. She also has a major justice complex, and will always step in if she thinks someone needs help. Lilith loves animals, and volunteered at an animal shelter regularly before she was recruited.

Lilith has not yet dropped the confrontation shell she built around herself in her old home, and it is doubtful she ever will. She often insults the people around her, rejecting them before they have a chance to reject her. Although she doesn’t typically aim her barbs at those she considers true friends, she sometimes mocks them, if she believes they’ve done something worthy of it.

Lilith has a huge dislike of guns, and Weapons class is the bane of her existence, despite her enthusiasm for and skill in hand-to-hand combat. She loves music, and almost always has a digital music player around her neck. Another of Lilith’s preoccupations is, much more troublesome than her music, sex. Since arriving at Deveraux, Lilith has slept with several of the male students, and a couple women, including a graduate she met at Viola Madison’s funeral.

Lilith's mom (now known to be a Deveraux agent who had to go into hiding) walked out while she was still a baby. For her whole life, it has been just Lilith and her dad, who worked two jobs to pay the rent for their cruddy apartment in a bad part of New York City. Lilith mostly learned how to take care of herself from friends and their older siblings, since her dad simply couldn’t be around much. She never got into drugs or any of that crap, since she saw all to well how much it could mess you up.

At school, life was easy for her. Lilith didn't even have to work for good grades at the second-rate public school; she aced tests without cracking a book once. She worked the social dynamics of her neighborhood well, so that even if someone didn’t like her, they just left her alone. Several of the kids were afraid of her, and for good reason. Lilith had a habit of fighting, and winning against, kids who were doing something wrong, or who pissed her off. Her favorite part of life was always working at the animal shelter in her neighborhood, an escape better and more complete than even the most captivating rock song.

Lilith was recruited for Spy High when a recruiter was at her school, and watched her take on two big guys who had been bullying her friend, and then talk her way out of getting in trouble when a teacher broke it up. She immediately said yes, since this was the chance she had always wanted, to get out of her neighborhood and help others.
