Matthew Andersen

Born in his mother's native city of Luxembourg, Matthew Andersen's father was a Swedish diplomat who was considerably absent during his childhood, leading the two to have very little in common besides a stubborn temperament and attitude towards people which is often based on first impressions. From quite a young age, however, Matthew had also always been a firm believer in strength of character and above all, bravery, two characteristics which contributed to him being selected to attend Deveraux College at the age of fourteen. Having graduated in 2083, Matthew was stationed in Region Red for nineteen years, where his primary focus was the somewhat unstable Benelux region of Europa. He was appointed to the post of Senior Tutor of Deveraux College in 2108, and during his career was known as being firm but fair - as far as Matthew has always been concerned, weakness is always unacceptable, courage is the most important virtue, and every individual has to work hard in order to earn respect. Having pretty much always been a bachelor, nowadays Matthew enjoys his retirement in Luxembourg while keeping a watchful eye on Deveraux.
